Vintage Human Glass Eye
Vintage Human Glass EYE Prosthetic eyeball AND eyelid.
A vintage prosthetic human glass eye with prosthetic socket tissue and eyelid. These were used when the surrounding tissue, including both eyelids had to be removed due to injury or disease.
The 'skin' part seems to be made of a rubber or latex type material and the eye itself appears to be made of glass or a thin porcelain type material. I've had this in my collection of 'stuff' for over 25 years and I'm clearing out a lot of my treasures, so don't miss out on your chance to own this unusual item!
